Thank you for choosing to purchase your tribute and online memorial with Greek Obituary. We welcome your tributes to your family members from America, Greece, Canada, Australia, Europe, or any of the countries where Greeks have journeyed in their emigration throughout the world.

We also welcome all philhellenes - non-Greeks (including spouses) who are family members and friends of the Greeks and Greek culture. We welcome everyone who has been a part of the Greek Orthodox church, and Greek-related membership organizations including AHEPA, Pan-Icarian Brotherhood of America, Pan-Cretans, Pan-Arcadians, Marmarinon Benevolent Society of Afthoni, and the Semendre Benevolent Society.

Both standard and enhanced obituaries can have one photo for their tribute.

Standard obituaries can have one (1) page of obituary text (about 350-400 words). Enhanced obituaries can have up to ten (10) pages of obituary text (about 3500-4000 words - let us know if you need more). Obituary text should be sent either by standard email, or as Word, WordPerfect, or Adobe PDF attachments. Longer obituaries, or special orders such as a photo collage, may be purchased as an enhanced obituary.

Content submitted to us must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content. We will attempt to be as accurate and current as possible. However, we do not warrant that the content of the obituary website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Baywalk Web Development is using a third party database system for the obituaries, which is currently offered as an ongoing service. If such third party database system is discontinued, we will attempt to move existing obituaries to another service. If no cost-effective database system is found, we reserve the right to discontinue the service, in which event only obituaries less than 90 days old from the time of order will be subject to refund upon request.
